Episode #4 - Have you ever experienced mental overload? When your mind simply cannot take on even the smallest of information otherwise it triggers you into a state of stress, anxiety, burnout etc? You start forgetting things, your stress and anxiety peak, it's bad for mental health. Mental overload is certainly one of my triggers, one which I try my best to avoid. In this podcast episode, I share some of the things that work for me.  What works for you?
